What can I expect to find in the apartment?
All apartments are fully furnishes with fully equipped kitchen. Beds fitted with linens (sheets and towels) and supply a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent. Extra supplies are delivered during your stay upon request.

How do I check-in and where are the keys?
You will receive a unique code to a smart-lock to access the building and your apartment. Then in the apartment you will find key fobs that you can use instead of a code.
How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
After you complete the payment, your reservation is 100% confirmed and you can sit back and relax. Confirmation email will be sent from us with all the details right away.
Is there a lift (elevator) in the building?
Yes, each building has a lift (elevator) for your convenience.
How do I check-out?
For your convenience you simply leave the keys on the kitchen table and shut the door. It’s that simple.
Is there a Wi-Fi and TV?
Yes, each apartment has a free High-Speed Wi-Fi and Smart 4K TV.
Do you offer early check-in?
Yes, but only upon the availability. Please contact us 1 days prior to arrival and we will confirm the earliest possible time for your check-in.
Can I smoke in the apartment?
No, we strictly forbid smoking in the apartment and at the premises. Each room is equipped with fire detectors that are triggered on a smoke.
Please select apartment with balcony or terrace if you wish to smoke during your stay at the balcony or terrace.
Do you offer late check-out?
Yes, but only upon the availability. Please contact us 1 days prior to your departure and we will confirm the latest possible time for your check-out.
What’s your cancellation policy?
All reservations at our website are non-refundable. After reservation is confirmed, you will not be able to change the dates or request for a refund in case of no-show.
What is your pet policy?
Unfortunately we do not allow any pets at our properties.
What is the payment currency?
Payment is made in EUR. If you don’t have EUR account, your bank will establish the exchange rate.
Do you offer breakfast?
We do not have breakfast option. Each of our residency is located in the Prime Location with multiple breakfast area in the vicinity.
Do I have to pay for my baby?
Infants up to 2 years old can stay for free. All children over the age of 2 are counted as an adults.
Do you provide a high chairs and baby cots?
Yes, we provide with high chairs and baby cots at each of our locations. Please request it in advance so our housekeeping will prepare it for you.
Do you have a parking?
Unfortunately we do not have our own parking. We recommend this company to our guests: mrparkit.com. Advance reservation is needed. You can choose the nearest parkings to our location. We recommend to reserve parking right after your reservation is confirmed with us.
Do you offer airport transfer?
Yes, please contact us for actual prices and order.
What happens if I left something behind?
Don’t worry, it happens. If we find your missing item, we’re happy to mail it back to you. You only have to arrange and pay for shipping.
